LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Crews are currently trying to rescue a person near the Holtwood Dam Thursday.
Dispatchers confirmed the call came in around 11:42 a.m. for an injured person on an island, south of the Holtwood Dam in Martic Township.
