NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) — The Milk Can in North Smithfield has generated a lot of interest since it was listed for sale earlier this month.
The historic landmark off Eddie Dowling Highway was put on the market for nearly $7.5 million by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Pinnacle Realty.
Berkshire Hathaway realtor Tracy Sisson said she’s received inquiries about the Milk Can property from both out-of-state developers and international developers “as far away as Switzerland.”…
