HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) – A Varina homeowner says sewage has spilled into her living room multiple times, costing her thousands of dollars after Henrico County came to do work on her property.
O’Racheal Bolden reached out to the On Your Side investigators after she says she had trouble getting answers or fixes to her problems for more than two years.
“They kept saying, this is our side and this is your side,” Bolden said. “And I said, well, something’s going on, since you all came out and dug up for preventative maintenance and changed out your pipes or whatever, and I need you to figure out what it is and fix it like it was, because it’s damaging my house, and it’s unhealthy to have fecal matter come back into your home.”…
