Brighton Town Board tables vote on whether to expand town hall, special meeting set for Monday

BRIGHTON, N.Y. — The Brighton Town Board is set to hold a special meeting on Monday at 7 p.m. at the temporary town hall, located at 680 Westfall Rd. The board decided to table a vote until next week on whether to approve an expansion project for the town hall.

It’s for any business that may lawfully be conducted at a town board meeting.

The board met on Wednesday night and has been debating whether it’s worth removing trees on the property to make room for the expansion. William Price, chair of the Brighton Planning Board, told News10NBC that this plan would not have been approved if it came from a private company…
