Syracuse, N.Y. – The Liverpool Police Department is investigating an arrest made in Syracuse by three of its officers that was captured on a video that’s spreading on social media.
The video shows the officers restraining and punching a man as they are arresting him on the porch of a home. As of Thursday afternoon, the video had garnered more than 300,000 views.
