Kern County community honors fallen law enforcement officers

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Thursday law enforcement and the community took a moment to reflect and remember peace officers from Kern County who lost their lives while serving.

“This week the uniforms are all the same color. They may look different but to us they’re all the same. Throughout the year when things go south, every agency in this county comes together,” said Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood.
