CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Cincinnati man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars in tools from an Over-The-Rhine building owner and trying to cash in. The owner then took matters into his own hands, helping police catch the suspect.
The man charged in this case is 38-year-old Andrew Wilcher.
