The James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation recently announced that Michelle Stern, a teacher at Polo Park Middle School in Wellington, has been awarded a James Madison Fellowship. The fellowship is the most prestigious award in United States constitutional history and government for secondary school civics teachers.
Stern’s fellowship, the J. Seward Johnson-James Madison Fellowship, is endowed by the Atlantic Foundation of Hamilton, New Jersey.
