GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Electric bikes and scooters are becoming more common across Green Bay, and police say they’re working to balance convenience with safety as complaints grow in some neighborhoods.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, there were 64 e-bikes and e-scooters involved in motor crashes in 2025.
