Charlie Putzier is a Maintenance Supervisor for the Street Department. But soon enough…Putzier will clock out for the final time. He’s been a steady force through a half dozen city administrations. Often providing updates on snow removal, plowing, and parking regulations during winter events.
He came to work here in 1981, and in those 45 years, Charlie has worked his way up and has done just about……
