NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police said a man had approximately 40 pounds of marijuana in a vehicle he was driving in Northampton County.
Authorities charged Robert Melvin Termane Gilliard, of New York, with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and related offenses, according to a news release from the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office.
