Ann Arbor area home prices jump more than $200,000 in past 10 years, study finds

ANN ARBOR, MI — The Ann Arbor area’s median home price has climbed by nearly $206,000 over the past 10 years, rising from $317,393 in March 2016 to $523,391 in March 2026.

That’s according to a new analysis from Construction Coverage, a company that specializes in data research for the construction industry.
