KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A Knoxville man is facing federal drug and weapons charges after investigators seized a large quantity of suspected fentanyl.
A U.S. Department of Justice spokesperson said Friday that 39-year-old Seayon Weston has been charged with intent to distribute over 400 grams of fentanyl, possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and being a felon in possession of firearms.

His Knoxville residence was searched on May 14, where investigators seized approximately 471grams of suspected fentanyl, drug processing and packaging materials, cash, and three firearms. One of the guns recovered was a mini-Draco 7.62 semiautomatic pistol, according to the affadavit.
