MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis man will spend the next 7 years in federal prison following a guilty plea, according to the Department of Justice.
Keon J. Carwell, 39, of Memphis had been a wanted fugitive for eight years based off of a federal gun charge in West Tennessee in 2016.
