Solvay, N.Y. ― A Ring camera captured a drive-by shooting in Solvay that injured a woman, a defense attorney said in court Friday.
Around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, a car drove slowly past 200 Lionel St. and someone inside the car fired six shots, Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office investigators said in court papers.
