SYRACUSE, N.Y. — On Friday, May 15, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on the southside of Syracuse for the grand opening of Positive Growth Daycare, a facility at 1640 South Ave.
Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon was in attendance and delivered remarks alongside Brianca Hill, Director of Business Development for the City of Syracuse.
