For some young Wildcats, the morning of May 15 was the beginning of their G-PISD journey; for others it was the conclusion of a winding road. No matter their path, Gregory-Portland ISD celebrated it as one Wildcat family.
On May 15, Gregory-Portland ISD hosted its second annual “The Journey Begins” kindergarten completion ceremony. According to the district, the event is aimed at bringing together graduating seniors and incoming kindergarten students to symbolically celebrate both the end and beginning of their educational journeys within the district.
