Man charged after police find cocaine, explosives at west Lincoln home

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was charged after police found cocaine and explosives at his west Lincoln home on Thursday, according to court documents.

Investigators with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at the house of 36-year-old Shelton Rene Valentine, located near Northwest 50th Street and West Amarillo Drive at 2 p.m.

Valentine was arrested outside his home prior to the search. While being taken into custody, police found $460 on his person, documents show…
