At next Tuesday’s meeting, the Bellevue City Council will consider an ordinance approving the sale of nearly seven acres of city-owned land tied to the ongoing Bellevue Bay Indoor Waterpark and Good Life District development northwest of the Highway 75 / Highway 34 intersection.
Under Ordinance No. 4218, the city would sell approximately 6.997 acres — officially identified as Lot 2 of the Bellevue Entertainment District — to Wonder Lodging LLC for about $608,739, or $87,000 per acre. The property is planned for hotel development north of the Bellevue Bay Indoor Waterpark, with the hotels connected to the facility by an elevated walkway.
