PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man is facing attempted murder and other charges, accused of wounding three people in a shooting at the River Pig Saloon late last month.
Court documents filed Friday link Shannon Anthony Spears Lyons Jr. to the shooting outside of the Pearl District bar shortly after midnight on April 27.
