MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Four buildings, three neighborhoods, two states, and one power plant: The world’s richest man has spent billions of dollars in Memphis and Southaven building up Grok, his artificial intelligence chatbot. However, Elon Musk’s xAI is struggling to compete with other AI chatbots.
