A 20-year-old moped rider died after being struck by a pickup truck Tuesday afternoon in Northeast Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Police said the crash happened at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, at the intersection of Aramingo Avenue and Tioga Street.
