RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Thousands of people packed the riverfront Friday night for the opening of Dominion Energy’s 18th annual Riverrock Festival, featuring live music and dozens of outdoor events.
The weekend-long festival was shifted to spots around Tredegar Street, including Tredegar Green, this year due to ongoing construction on Brown’s Island.
The first day kicked off with the Ultimate Air Dog competition, a fan favorite event.
