ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police have arrested four suspects in connection to a fatal shooting near Central Ave. on Wednesday night. Tenard Weekly, Evan Rogers, Junior Lewis, and Jaylen Hopewell are charged with first-degree murder for what police said was a “highly coordinated attack.”

Officers responded to gunshots heard in the alleyway between Cornell Dr. and Stanford Dr., and found the victim, 23-year-old Eden Rock, with a gunshot wound to the head. According to the criminal complaint, surveillance video shows four people getting out of a gray Jeep and hiding behind a dumpster. When Eden Rock walked past them, the group attacked Rock and two gunshots could be heard. The four individuals then got back in the car and drove away.
Police tracked the jeep to the Lobo Village student housing complex, where they arrested Rogers and Lewis in Rogers’ dorm room. Weekly and Hopewell were both arrested the next day. If convicted, they each face up to life in prison…
