DECATUR, AL —FabArc Steel Supply, Inc. and Turner Industries have announced a lease-purchase agreement involving Turner Industries’ fabrication facility in Decatur, marking a new expansion effort for the Oxford-based company in the Tennessee Valley region.
The agreement includes Turner Industries’ fabrication facility located at 127 Old Highway 24 in Decatur. The property features more than 60,000 square feet of fabrication space situated on approximately 29 acres. Company officials said the agreement is intended to support long-term operational growth and investment in the region.
According to the announcement, FabArc Steel Supply is expanding operations as demand continues to increase across the national economy.
