SAN ANTONIO — A woman experiencing a mental health crisis attacked another woman at an apartment complex on the southwest side of San Antonio Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Police were called to the 9100 block of Excellence Drive around 5:20 p.m. for a cutting in progress at The Scott at Medio Creek apartments.
