Severe storms in Kansas tonight, Sunday, and Monday

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Severe weather will be possible in Kansas tonight, Sunday, and Monday as multiple storm systems move through the state.

The first risk of severe weather will impact northern Kansas this evening and tonight. Storms initially over northwest Kansas will move east into north central Kansas later tonight. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats with storms.

Another round of storms will be possible on Sunday. North central Kansas will have the greatest chance of storms during the evening with threats of hail and strong winds.

Elsewhere, an isolated storm or two may form in central or south central Kansas. If a storm manages to develop here, then severe weather will also be possible.
