PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A third and final suspect connected to a shooting at Keizer Station has turned himself in, police have announced.
Anthony Lee Taylor-Manriquez surrendered at the Marion County Jail around 10 p.m. on Friday, according to the Keizer Police Department. Authorities said the 22-year-old man is now being held at the Marion County Jail on charges of first-degree assault with a firearm, unlawful use of a firearm, criminal mischief and reckless endangering.

Keizer police revealed Taylor-Manriquez is connected to a shooting that occurred near Keizer Station Boulevard and Ulali Drive Northeast on Feb. 9 around 10:15 p.m. That evening, authorities said a Salem family — including a 28-year-old mother and father, 7-year-old child and 2-year-old child — had left In-N-Out Burger and were waiting near the intersection when someone shot at the windows of their vehicle.
According to police, the father drove to the Keizer Fire District and was later treated at the Salem Hospital Emergency Department, where he “sustained a serious but non-life-threatening wound to the head.” Officials said a second shooting victim, also with serious but non-life-threatening leg wounds, then arrived at the hospital via a private vehicle…
