The Kentucky Housing Corporation is mourning the passing this week of its longest-serving executive director, F. Lynn Luallen, who died at the age of 88 and is considered by many to be the father of affordable housing in the state.
Lynn Luallen severed four terms as the chief executive of the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
Luallen, who was married to former Lt. Governor and State Auditor Crit Luallen, served four separate terms as the chief executive of KHC: 1976 to 1980, 1984 to 1988, 1992 to 1993, and 1996 to 2004…
