EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The 63rd East Lansing Art Festival drew people from across the state to downtown Saturday.
Organizers said roughly 40,000 people make their way through the festival each year. Artists at the event said the high turnout gives them a chance to get their name out there and show off what they can do.
