VERO BEACH — Seniors from across the Treasure Coast gathered for the inaugural ‘Live Well, Age Well’ symposium, an event designed to connect older residents with resources, support and information to help them stay active, healthy and engaged in their communities.
Sponsored by the Mental Health Collaborative of Indian River County and Sunrise Rotary of Vero Beach, the symposium focused on strengthening mental health and overall well-being while building community connections.
