Northampton County residents age 60 or over who meet income eligibility (example: $29,526/yr. for a single person in 2026, and $40,034 for a couple) may receive the vouchers in June 2026. For married couples, both spouses may obtain vouchers. Proof of age and residence must be presented by all persons wishing to receive vouchers.
Program policies allow a person to obtain vouchers for another person only if they have a completed and signed proxy form. Additionally, a person may only serve as proxy for up to four other participants and identification with date of birth and address, of the older adult, must be shown when presenting a proxy.
This form will be available for pick-up at the Area Agency on Aging office, 2801 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, at all senior centers, and will also be available on the Area Agency on Aging’s website, northamptoncounty.org.
