FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Foley Police confirm there is a homicide investigation at The Reserve Apartments off of County Road 12. The Baldwin County Major Crimes Unit has been called in to investigate.
Officials say one person was shot and killed in the pool area in the front of the complex. It happened at about 2:30 Sunday morning. One man is dead. No one has been arrested yet but they are looking for a person of interest.
