NEW YORK — Part of the Empire State Building is glowing red, white, and blue as the countdown to America’s 250th anniversary quickly approaches.
The president of SAIL4th 250 was there to flip the switch. America will welcome the tall ships of the world to the Port of New York and New Jersey for a universal celebration of America’s 250th birthday.
