A Lafayette man died after an e-bike crash Friday afternoon on Camellia Boulevard, according to Lafayette Police.
Police identified the victim as David Lanclos, 67, of Lafayette. Officers responded around 1:54 p.m. Friday to the 1000 block of Camellia Boulevard for a crash involving a vehicle and an e-bike.
A preliminary investigation found that a vehicle was attempting to turn left onto northbound Camellia Boulevard from Woods Crossing when the crash occurred. At the same time, Lanclos was crossing Camellia Boulevard from east to west on the e-bike, police said…
