A Warminster man is accused of pursuing and sexually assaulting a child he met at the former daycare center where he worked nearly 20 years ago.
Upper Southampton Police opened an investigation into Charles Stump, 68, in March after a now-adult woman alleged he followed her, left her gifts and inappropriately touched her for two years starting when she was 11 in 2007, according to a probable cause affidavit.
His attorney, Paul Lang, said that his client “categorically denies all charges and disputes the entire affidavit from law enforcement.”…
