An 11-year-old boy has died in a rollover crash in Chicago.
At around 11:10 a.m. local time on Sunday, May 17, troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash westbound on Interstate 290 at 25th Street, Maywood in Cook County, the Illinois State Police said in a news release obtained by PEOPLE.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while five others were rushed to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The deceased individual was later identified as 11-year-old Iker Paredes of Chicago by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, local outlets ABC 7 and Fox 32 reported…
