SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Defense Attorney Andrea George, representing Justice Forral, one of three protestors facing federal charges, now motioning the court to include henthorn materials including what appears to be the past records of a Spokane County Deputy Brittan Morgan.
Henthron materials are described in court documents as “Such evidence (that) is ‘evidence favorable to an accused’ so that, if disclosed and used effectively, it may make the difference between convictions and acquittal.”
