FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – An elderly woman died last week after Fort Wayne police responded to Tim Hortons on Ice Way for reports of a battery.
Officers were dispatched for an altercation involving a battery, according to the Fort Wayne Police Department. They say that before they could get the elderly woman’s statement, she became unresponsive.
Medics attempted life-saving measures, but the woman was pronounced deceased after being transported from the scene…
