FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — An investigation is underway after an elderly woman died following an altercation at a Tim Hortons in Fort Wayne on Tuesday, May 13.
According to the Fort Wayne Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Tim Hortons located at 3975 Ice Way on reports of a battery involving an elderly adult female.
When officers arrived, police said the woman became unresponsive before they were able to obtain a statement from her. Medics were called to the scene and immediately began life-saving measures…
