STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – A 21-year-old was arrested after leading police on a chase late Saturday night that crossed state lines and resulted in two crashes.
Around 11:45 p.m., Indiana State Police was alerted of a pursuit involving the Branch County Sheriff’s Department in Michigan that was headed toward the state line.
The driver of an SUV allegedly crashed twice during the chase, according to a press release from ISP. He first careened into a metal garbage container which then hit another vehicle and damaged it.
