A Guatemalan was arrested for driving with a suspended license after being pulled over for running a stop sign.
A deputy observed 45-year-old Eduviges Salguero-Gonzalez of Summerfield driving a black Ram pickup truck southbound on County Road 475 in Wildwood around 6:10 a.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
The vehicle never came to a complete stop before turning onto State Road 44, leading to a traffic stop near the intersection with County Road 243. When asked for his license, Salguero-Gonzalez handed over a Guatemalan ID instead, the report said…
