ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Jurors are set to return to court Monday morning to begin the penalty phase in the murder trial of former Fort Pierce police officer Otto Lenke, who was convicted last week in the 2021 killing of motorcycle shop owner Richard Benson.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 3A in St. Lucie County and is expected to last for a number of days.
