Spokane store theft case ends with 33-month prison sentence

SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane County case ended with a 33-month prison sentence after a December 2025 theft at a retail store in East Central Spokane, according to a May 18, 2026 release.

In Spokane County Superior Court on May 15, 2026, a 31-year-old man pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree burglary and one count of third-degree retail theft. The court then sentenced him to 33 months in prison.
