CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A man was shot near a west side smoke shop Monday night in Cleveland’s Jefferson neighborhood.
According to the Cleveland Police, at around 10:30 a.m., officers were patrolling the area of W. 130th Street and Cooley Avenue when they were stopped by a 23-year-old man who said that someone had been shot in the 3600 block of West 130th Street.
