CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The 18-year-old man accused of shooting an Uber driver is set to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday morning.
The Cleveland Municipal Court identified the 18-year-old as Deandre O. Griggs, who is charged with felonious assault in connection with the shooting and theft of the Uber driver’s car.
Griggs is set to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m.
