WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Construction has wrapped up on Wilson Crossings Townhomes, 44-unit development on the southwest side of Wyoming.
Located at Wilson Avenue and 64th Street near M-6, the 5-acre site contains a mixture of two- and three-bedroom townhomes across 11 different buildings. Crews broke ground in May 2025 and finished construction about a year later.
“We’re along a key travel corridor here of M-6, but set off enough to where you have this sense of peace and quiet and privacy,” Jason Wheeler, vice president of communications for owner and developer Wheeler Development Group, said. “So that’s a perfect blend for what we like here.”

He says the townhomes offer attached garages, “really beautiful views” and plenty of natural light. The design incorporates feedback from residents of other WDG properties, he said.
“There’s just a lot of little things that we’ve refined over the last, say, five or six years of doing these that create a single family-home experience,” he said.
