CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Penn Station East Coast Subs is changing its name and expanding its menu as the Cincinnati-based franchise enters what company leaders describe as a new phase of growth.
The fast-casual chain announced May 19 that it is now operating as Penn Station Sandwiches, a move the company said reflects broader menu offerings and changing consumer preferences while maintaining the standards that have defined the brand for more than 40 years.
