LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — A road is completely blocked by wires in Lancaster on Tuesday evening.
Lancaster City Bureau of Police said motorists should avoid New Holland Avenue between Reservoir and Ross streets, as well as the Lehigh Avenue and Broad Street intersection.
