Nebraska PSC approves 12 claims against Hansen-Mueller grain dealer bond

LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – Nebraska’s Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved an order determining claims against the bond of an Omaha grain dealer.

A release from the PSC says they have determined the claims against the $1 million bond of Hansen-Mueller Co., which has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and ceased operating as a grain dealer in the state.
